
Mondays
Where: 6:15pm at Stanford Track (Angell Field) by the flag pole. 295 Galvez Street, Stanford
Description: 5 to 6 miles run around Stanford Campus or Stanford Dish. Around 6:25 pm, new members are welcomed, we share race results, and we announce future races and club activities. The run starts promptly at 6:30 pm.

Track Tuesdays
Where: 6:15pm at Stanford Track (Angell Field) by the flag pole. 295 Galvez Street, Stanford
Description: We start at 6:30 pm with warm up drills (high knees/butt kicks/carioca) and strides before the main workout, which changes every week. Parking at the Track House lot on Galvez Street is free after 4 pm.
All runners, from novice to advanced, are welcome to join us. If you are a first-timer, we suggest a steady aerobic mileage base of at least 15-20 miles per week. For all runners, we recommend approval from your doctor that you are healthy enough to participate in a strenuous interval workout.

Wednesdays
Where: 6:15pm at Lucie Stern Community Center in Palo Alto.
Description: We have a set of 8 different courses ranging from 5 to 7 miles that we cycle through during the year. Each course also has a shorter distance option. For the route schedule see the PARC Activity Calendar on our Home Page. We meet at 6:15pm, and after stretching and warming up, we’ll have few announcements and introductions and the run starts at 6:30pm. During the summer months, we often go out after the run for dinner at a local spot.

Saturdays
Where: 8:00am at Sawyer Camp Trail South Entrance. 950 CA-35, Redwood City, CA 94062
Description: Sawyer Camp is a mixed-use out and back course up to 12 miles in length. There are bathrooms throughout and a water fountain at 6 miles. Paces vary from sub-7 to mid 10’s. We usually meet afterwards for coffee.

Monthly Trail Run
Each month, the club organizes a Saturday or Sunday morning trail run. The runs usually start between 8-9 am. Event details are posted (see listings below) and announced on the club’s email distribution and on Strava. Most run locations are less than a 30 minute drive from Palo Alto, and are selected based on weather, accessibility, and scenic interest. Please wear sunscreen and carry water + a snack, as the runs often take ~2 hours. See you on the trails!
